Beloved wife to the late Tony, much loved mum to Roger and Kathryn, dearly loved grandmother and great-grandmother.

Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday, May 20th at 12.20pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in Connie's memory to Dementia UK.
